To order from our site you have to sign up. After sign in you can put your product in the shopping cart and click on “Send order”.

Yes, of course. It is the possibility to order via phone on 0040-743-475-559 but in this case you have to tell us the product codes/sizes and your personal information.

Yes. When you finish your order and click on “Send order” automatically will receive on your e-mail address a confirmation with the details of your order.

Before you click “Send order” you can easily go back and modify your order (delete product, add pieces, change delivery address etc.). After clicking “Send order” you confirm your order and can’t modify anymore. If you want to delete an order, you have to contact us via e-mail (order@artizane.ro) or via phone: 0040-743-475-559.

You can pay your order cash on delivery or via bank transfer.

Yes, you can follow your order. After sending a packet you will receive a text message with the delivery information with AWB and with this number you can follow your packet on this site: GLS-Group.

Shipping

We send the orders to you via GLS Romania. In Romania the orders arrives in 1-2 working days.

On the territory of Romania every shipping costs 18 RON. The cost for outside of Romania depends on the weight of the packet.

Retur and change of the products

If the product isn’t corresponding to the description on the website we change this or return you the money. In this case the transport will be supported by Artizane.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase on arrival you have 100 days starting from the delivery date to return or exchange the article. The product must not have been used. In this case the buyer has to pay the returning costs.
Artizane is not responsible for any damages that appeared during the transport.

You have 100 days to return a product if you are not satisfied with them. The only condition is the the product is in its original state.
